Strong Leadership and Oversight

Jenevi Educare Limited is the registered provider of its children’s homes. Leadership and governance arrangements are designed to ensure children receive safe, high-quality care that meets regulatory requirements.

Leadership Structure

Each home operates with:

  • A Registered Manager responsible for day-to-day leadership and care delivery.
  • A Responsible Individual who provides oversight, challenge, and support.
  • Clear management structures and accountability.

Leadership Responsibilities

Leadership responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring compliance with the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015.
  • Monitoring quality of care and safeguarding practice.
  • Supporting staff through supervision, training, and development.
  • Learning from incidents, complaints, and feedback.

Independent Regulation 44 visits provide additional scrutiny and assurance. Findings and recommendations are reviewed and used to drive continuous improvement.
